People here always hook me up nicely. Ever since I've been statione here, this has been my go to place for any maintenance issue for my car. Mr. David in particular goes above and beyond to offer a stellar service.

I called Firestone and spoke with Mr Roger to see if they are available to do my flat tire and they were able to fixs it. And it was a fast serviced. Great price for a flat tire. Thank You again.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! PLEASE READ THE LOWEST REVIEWS‼️‼️‼️ 1. They over price everything. They say it’s the highest worst option possible. 2. Terrible customers service! I came in to get my car fixed ended up having to pay $6,600. They told me it would be done by 5pm. This is my only car. So I got a ride. I come at 5 my car wasn’t even close to being done. They then said 6:30pm. I didn’t hear anything I show up at 6:57pm and my car is taken apart and still on the lift. They said “it’s about 80% done. We’ll have it finished by tomorrow” I was livid. I called this morning and they said “can you call back in an hour.” No I cannot. I’m paying your shop almost 7k and you have the audacity to tell me to call you back. They say well it will be done by 12. No care no discounts for their inconvenience. Nothing! These people don’t care about you or your wallet. They want that money and they take their sweet time. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to ANYONE! !!

Everytime I go into this place I'm treated like I'm dumb for being a woman. After I insist that I know what something, they still try to break it down like I'm a child. Absolutely not. And they will ALWAYS try to upsell you. Went in about a month ago for an oil change and did the "complete car care package" and they told me it would cost me OVER 4,000 dollars to fix my car. Went in again and got a complete care care package, just to see. Well low and behold, their 2 page long list of what was wrong with my car, magically disappeared and i was left with 2 things that needed to be replaced. I guess I got myself a magical car that fixes itself! Also tried to sell me tires when I had stated I had gotten them changed 2 weeks ago, brand spankin new and have less than 600 miles on em. Then I asked them to check my transmission fluid, as you have to get underneath my car to check it and we all know how base is about working on your car in your driveway. "Oh we refuse to touch anything over 100,000 miles." I'm asking you to check the fluid, not disassemble and reassemble the entire transmission. So much for that "complete car care." Had a lifetime alignment completed at Firestone this morning. Robert and his team did a great job on my lowered F150 and offered recommendations on parts to improve my alignment. I highly recommend this location!
